Just honest, straightforward professionalism
I recently purchased a vehicle from Auto Gallery of McKinney and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, the team made me feel welcomed and respected—no high-pressure sales tactics, no games, just honest, straightforward professionalism. Sia and the whole staff were fantastic. They were transparent about everything, answered every question patiently, and genuinely seemed to care that I drove away happy. The vehicle was exactly as described (actually even better in person), clean, well-maintained, and priced fairly. The whole process was smooth, quick, and stress-free—exactly how buying a car should be. Jeff is their finance guy. He literally revamped the CarMax process and rolled it out to their stores. He did all the legwork to get me an excellent loan. It was tailored with expertise to my needs. I’ve dealt with plenty of dealerships over the years, and Auto Gallery of McKinney stands out as one of the most trustworthy and customer-focused places around. Fair price and a good quality
My experience at this dealership was great. If you’re looking for fair price and a good quality used car, I would recommend using them. The process was very simple, no games. I worked with 1 person as my sales person and finance guy. Jeff gave me my finance, and warranty options and I never felt any pressure. I also believe that they really vett the cars they buy. I don’t usually buy used cars, but I would buy another one from them.

We highly recommend this dealership!
This is our second vehicle we’ve purchased from this dealership, with our first being about five years ago. Once again, we had a great experience! Jeff Ranch was incredibly helpful, friendly, and made the whole process easy. We’re expecting our first baby, so we needed a vehicle with more space and convenience for our growing family, and he helped us find the perfect one.
